Current Indefinite Quantity Contracts (IQCs)
CAMRIS has a number of Indefinite Quantity Contracts (IQCs) that allow U.S. government agencies to access our short-term and long-term technical assistance and program management service and other services through a rapid and simplified procurement process.
Our technical capabilities and management organization, which are centered on international development and global project implementation, are characterized by:
- Extensive experience managing field assignments with U.S. Government agencies such as USAID and DoD/Navy in all regions of the world
- A “USG-centric” organizational environment
- Strong Global Health subject matter expertise as well as program management, knowledge management, and organizational development expertise

Responding to Global Health Needs: The TASC 3 IQC (PDF)
The Population, Health, and Nutrition Technical Assistance and Support Contract 3 – Global Health (TASC3 – Global Health) is a worldwide mechanism that allows USAID Missions and Bureaus to easily access high quality technical assistance and support to implement Strategic Objectives that contribute to the Agency’s goal to improve global health in the areas of population, health, nutrition and infectious diseases.
The CAMRIS TASC 3 IQC Team includes major subcontractor, JHPIEGO, and subcontractors: Global Flu Consortium, GRM International Group Ltd, International Youth Foundation, LTG Associates, Inc., Medical Missions for Children, National Alliance of State and Territorial AIDS Directors, Public Health Institute, Safe Blood International Foundation, Tulane University’s Payson Center for International Development and Technology Transfer, University of the Pacific School of International Studies, University Research Co., West African Health Organization, and World Learning for International Development.
ENGAGE IQC

The Encouraging Global Anticorruption and Good Governance Efforts (ENGAGE) IQC supports innovative anticorruption measures, transparency, integrity, and accountability around the world. ENGAGE is designed to help USAID missions and other agencies working through USAID rapidly procure short-term and long-term technical assistance and other resources necessary to help partner countries to curb corruption in economic, political, and social service sectors.
BRDG IQC
Prime: Management Systems International (MSI)
Period of Performance: 2006-2011
The Building Recovery and Reform Through Democratic Governance (BRDG) IQC contract allows USAID Washington and Missions to access a wide variety of services in the areas of democracy and governance, civil society, private sector development and as well as education, health, infrastructure and security assistance. The assistance can be provided in a broad range of countries from fragile states to those states on the threshold of transformational development. In these countries, BRDG assistance can provide direct support to ministries and executive offices or work with the private sector and non-governmental organizations to implement assistance.
The BRDG IQC will promote democratic governance across all sectors including the education, health, infrastructure, private and security sectors. All work under BRDG will promote the principles of accountability, transparency, and responsiveness in the way the services are provided to USAID Washington and Missions.

NHRC OMNIBUS I IQC

Period of Performance: 2008-2012
CAMRIS provided research and development support to Naval Health Research Center (NHRC) in the conduct of biomedical, epidemiological, and clinical research efforts. CAMRIS specifically supported the mission of the Naval Aerospace Medical Research Laboratory in Pensacola, Florida. CAMRIS supported the laboratory's mission to conduct research and development in aviation medicine and allied sciences to enhance the health, safety, and readiness of Navy and Marine Corps personnel. The programs emphasize research into spatial orientation, human performance, aero medical standards and aviation medicine.

The Research & Development Area of Responsibility Contractor Support Services (OMINIBUS 2) support contract provides contractor support for the Chief Bureau of Medicine and Surgery Navy Department for Medical Research and Development and their subordinate research and development commands. CAMRIS provides a full range of support for global manpower requirements, logistical and public health research support.
CAMRIS capabilities to support this contract includes recruiting of staff; data collection and reporting; statistical analysis; leadership in technical review meetings; and the preparation and presentation of point papers and other briefings.
