What inspires you at CAMRIS?
I am inspired by CAMRIS International’s commitment to improving the health and well-being of communities worldwide. Over the past year, I have had the opportunity to provide managerial and technical support for USAID-funded international health programs in Albania, Armenia, Central Asia Republics, Egypt, Ethiopia, Guatemala, Honduras, India, Lesotho, Mali, South Africa, and Zambia.
What are your responsibilities at CAMRIS?
I manage consulting assignments, including reviewing scopes of work, planning and logistics, assignment implementation, and close-out for the USAID-funded Global Health Technical Assistance (GH Tech) project. GH Tech provides the USAID Bureau for Global Health, regional bureaus, and field missions with high-quality independent technical support for design, monitoring, and evaluation of health, population, and HIV/AIDS activities. The project recruits, fields, and manages consultants for assignments in the U.S. and developing countries.

"I provide program support services to USAID's Bureau for Policy, Planning and Learning (PPL). At CAMRIS, I have had the opportunity to travel to Guadalcanal, site of one of the decisive battles of WWII, to assist the Regional Assistance Mission of the Solomon Islands (RAMSI) install an evaluation system. In the aftermath of a violently protested election in the Solomon Islands, the CAMRIS team I led assisted our clients RAMSI, AusAID, and the Government of the Solomon Islands (SIG) to establish a monitoring and evaluation system that facilitated the implementation of SIG development programs".
