Summary Methodology
The content of international health projects on which we worked over the past 15 years was matched to 39
subjects and weight-summed on the basis of time and price-adjusted project budgets. To adjust for time, project budgets older
than 1995 were discounted to 0.5. Project budgets were put in current prices by using GDP deflator (2003=1). The resulting scores were grouped into 5
subject areas and converted to percent shares. Close Box
