CAMRIS is dedicated to improving the health of people wherever we have the opportunity to work. The health sector has been central to our work for over 20 years. There are many effective ways to improving health, and we work both in public health improvement and in health services improvement. Responding to the programmatic and service needs of our clients, we have done this by carrying out health sector assessments, strategies, project design, plans and evaluations; by conducting applied research; by providing technical assistance in child health, hospital reform, infectious disease programs and other areas; and by helping to strengthen management, administration, financing, capacity development and information systems. CAMRIS is also a direct medical service provider extending services in areas of critical shortage, particularly in radiology, and we currently provide these services in Florida, Arizona, New York and West Virginia.

We work with many different clients to customize our services to their health sector improvement needs. We work with U.S. health agencies, international development agencies, public health and medical service delivery organizations, ministries of health, social security institutes, public and private hospitals, non-government organizations, and service delivery networks. With each we help to identify, prioritize and develop realistic, practical and effective strategies and programs, and to create tools and solutions that are cost-effective and flexible.
